Our founder, Psychologist Merve Sucu, aims to create lasting changes in an individual’s life by integrating new-generation psychotherapy methods, philosophical thought, and techniques based on scientific research, helping people understand themselves, transform their traumas, and add depth to their lives.
Naturata provides a safe space for self-exploration and offers services in psychotherapy, addiction therapy, trauma healing, and existential counseling. The aim is not only to provide psychological support but also to help individuals develop a deeper awareness of themselves.

Merve Sucu graduated as the valedictorian of the Department of English Psychology and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and as the salutatorian of her university at Antalya Bilim University, earning the title of High Honors Student. Simultaneously with her undergraduate studies, she completed her master’s degree in Philosophy at Maltepe University as an Honors Student, with a thesis titled "Traces of Spinoza in Contemporary Psychotherapy Methods." Demonstrating a strong academic interest in psychology and aiming to advance her expertise to a more professional level, Sucu is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Istanbul Rumeli University. During her academic career, she completed internships at various psychological health institutions both in Turkey and abroad and participated in numerous national and international congresses and scientific projects.
Married and a mother of one daughter, Sucu has received EMDR Level I and II training from the Behavioral Sciences Institute (Emre Konuk, Şirin Atçeken, Dr. Zeynep Tat); "Logotherapy and Existential Analysis" training from the Viktor Frankl Institute of Austria (Dr. Erkan Kalem, Dr. Özkan Kenarlı); advanced-level Schema Therapy and Polyvagal Theory training, including "Schema Therapy and Polyvagal Theory in Borderline and Narcissistic Personality Disorders," under the supervision of Psychiatrist Dr. Şükran Telci and Psychiatrist Dr. Berna Ermiş; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) training from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Çağdaş Öykü Meriç; and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) training from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bengü Yücens.
Prior to her dramatic career shift into psychology, she graduated from the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations at Kocaeli University and completed her master’s degree in Marketing at the same institution. She worked for many years in the corporate sector, specializing in sales, marketing, and health tourism, during which she provided training and consultancy services.
